While Ja Rule suffers from serious legal situations, "Fitty" makes fun over his Twitter. Ja Rule is said to have pleaded guilty this past Thursday, the 24th, to a tax evasion. Reports are claiming that "Ja" owes the IRS $1.1 million. Since the announcement, his long-term rival, 50 Cent has decided to take advantage of this moment and head to Twitter...50 Cent:
